Mission
Providing exceptional care, mentoring, and teaching life skills to help
children successfully transition back to their families and into
adulthood, while supporting them with an enriching childhood, filled
with opportunity and hope.
Our Philosophy
Using integrated, client-driven behavior strategies, we encourage
the development of life skills through the recognition of personal
strengths and the setting of realistic goals. Services encourage
clients to return to family and community as productive members
and are provided without regard to race, gender, disability or ethnic
background.

Children Under Construction is licensed by the N.C. Department of Health
and Human Services, Division of Health Service Regulation
.1300 Residential Treatment Level II
Children under Construction will care for boys ages 6-18, with 24-hours,
7-days a week supervision by trained, experienced and dedicated staff
members who all have a passion for at-risk children.
